The Wrangler 4xe is the first Jeep model to come with the brand's new hybrid powertrain. It features both a battery and a gas engine, giving you more driving options. Choose an all-electric mode for shorter trips, and you can drive without using any gas. The 4xe has an approximate all-electric range of 25 miles. For longer trips, choose one of the hybrid modes.
The plug-in hybrid design of the new Wrangler 4xe boosts your overall fuel economy. On a full tank and a full battery, you can drive for up to 400 miles — that gives you an estimated 50 miles per gallon. You can even charge the battery using a standard outlet using the included 120-volt charging cable.
