After over two decades of hiatus, the Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer are coming back for the 2022 line-up! With the new look and features, these SUVs will have everyone in Rhode Island in awe.
How Powerful will These Vehicles be?
Both the Jeep Wagoneer and the Jeep Grand Wagoneer have powerful engines under their hoods. The Jeep Wagoneer will get its power from a 5.7L V8 engine paired to a 48-volt mild hybrid system. These together will put out 392 horsepower and 404 pound-feet of torque. It gets combined with an eight-speed automatic transmission. You can choose between rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive.
As of right now, the Jeep Grand Wagoneer gets its power from a standard 6.4L V8 engine that puts out 471 horsepower and 455 pound-feet of torque.
With that kind of power, the Jeep Wagoneer has a towing capacity of 10,000 pounds.
What Will the Interior on these Vehicles Look Like?
Opulence and comfort combine to create the Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer interiors. Both vehicles have three rows to fit up to eight passengers comfortably. The Jeep Wagoneer has plenty of cargo space at 116.7 cubic feet with the second and third rows folded flat.
On the Jeep Grand Wagoneer, the interior has wood and aluminum materials. The leather seats have stitching and perforation that make a diamond pattern. The front seats are 24-way power-adjustable for maximum comfort.
How is the Technology on These Vehicles?
The technology on these SUVs takes modern to a whole new level. The Jeep Wagoneer offers a 10.1-inch center touchscreen and a 10.25-inch driver's cluster behind the steering wheel.
On the Jeep Grand Wagoneer, there is availability to have four display screens in the front. There is the 12-inch driver's display behind the steering wheel, the 12-inch center touchscreen that we have all come to know, a 10-inch touchscreen under the center one to control seating positions and temperature, and a 10.25-inch front passenger screen that has more entertainment abilities. All of the touchscreens are powered by the Uconnect 5 software that you can connect to your Apple or Android smartphones.
