A lot of comic book fans lately have been gearing up for the Man of Steel film, coming out this month, starring Henry Cavill, Kevin Costner, and Amy Adams. Now, thanks to a partnership between Warner Bros. and RAM Trucks, we're getting a 'RAM' of Steel as well.
The one-of-a-kind 2013 RAM 2500 'Man of Steel' Power Wagon made its debut on June 10, 2013 in NYC, featuring 'Man of Steel' inspired coloring, design cues and branding. The chassis is painted dark grey with a glossy black roof, a red accented grille, and the trademark Superman "S" instead of the RAM logo. Rounding out the Power Wagon's commanding presentation are a set of 17-inch black satin wheels.
The cab continues with the Superman theme: custom mesh seat inserts a la the Man of Steel's suit, red trim, and the "S" badge on the glove box and seats. All in all, it's a pick-up that does heroic justice to a manufacturer that is known for its powerful line of trucks.
RAM Trucks will have the truck on display at various special events throughout the summer and fall-including the State Fair of Texas and the National Finals Rodeo-after which it will be put up for auction.
Even if obtaining this best-of-the-best Superman-styled truck is out of your means, that doesn't mean Paul Bailey's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM doesn't have other impressive vehicles in our showroom.
